- Imperial has recorded a tenant renewal rate of 86.7% from 2019-2021. For perspective, that is on average a tenant renewing 9 times. Year-To-Date in 2021 our renewal rate is 91.4%
- Imperial owns, manages and leases 100 buildings and have over 4,000 tenants
- Imperial provides onsite, hands on management for all of our buildings. We have our own dedicated tenant services coordinator to call if needed so tenants always have a human to speak with on the phone to report any maintenance issues
- Imperial is a local and family owned company with 3 generations
- Imperial manages all of our buildings in-house, every tenant is important
- Imperial rents are priced under market
- Tenants always have the option to relocate to anyone of Imperial’s 100+ owned properties at any time during their lease
- Imperial has only 3 tenants over the course of our 64 years that we’ve elected not to renew

- Imperial does not increase rents each year, we adjust only by inflation
