Imperial Realty Company is pleased to announce the sale of a four-story, 19,000 square foot retail and office building located at 170 W. Washington Street in Chicago’s loop for $3.5 million to Quality Living Properties. The building, constructed in 1930 consists of a lower level restaurant occupied by Cardoza’s Pub, a street level vacant restaurant formerly occupied by Ruby of Siam and three upper level vacant lofted floors. The buyer plans on renovating the upper floors into move-in ready office lofts, replacing the building windows and front façade by March, 2016.
Daniel Knorps with Imperial Realty was the sole broker of the transaction and has been retained to lease the vacant restaurant and office spaces.
