GSA and Imperial Realty finalize lease

Imperial Realty is pleased to announce the completion of the single tenant build-to-suit lease for the US Government (GSA) at 9443 S Western Avenue in Chicago.

The Social Security Administration relocated their South Chicago branch to 95th and Western with Imperial Realty in October 2021 to provide better access for its customers and employees. Imperial managed the redevelopment of this former medical office property to the stringent requirement of the GSA. Theron May represented Imperial Realty in the transaction.
