7 new office leases at 3501 Algonquin Road

Wes Olker, Senior Brokerage Associate with Imperial Realty recently completed 7 new office leases at 3501 Algonquin Road in Rolling Meadows totaling 22,896 square feet of office space. Imperial acquired the property in August of 2010 when it was 100% vacant. With these new leases the office building is approximately 50% leased with floors 6-10 still available.
