Imperial Realty Acquires Concourse Office Plaza

Al Klairmont has added another property to his sprawling local office portfolio, paying about $30 million for a two-building complex near the Westfield Old Orchard mall in Skokie.

Imperial Realty Company bought Concourse Office Plaza, a 293,000-square-foot property at 4709-4711 Golf Road, on April 14 from Houston-based Lionstone Investments.

Ryan Smith and Bob Huber represented Imperial in the transaction.
