Lake Bluff development to include Target anchor store

Larry Klairmont, CEO of Imperial Realty has brokered the sale of the former Shepard Chevrolet property located at the southwest corner of Route 176 (Rockland Road) and U.S. 41 (Skokie Hwy) at 930 Carriage Park Avenue in Lake Bluff for a 14-acre Planned Commercial Development. The Village of Lake Bluff has approved a 126,000 SF anchor Target and three outlot buildings. Demolition on the property is expected this spring.
